RPM accomplishes this by breaking the bead of the tire more uniformly than ever before. The tire is placed inside of a base piece while a push ring is placed over the top of the tire. By pushing on the push ring, the bead separates from the wheel uniformly. Once the user places the glue, pressure is released from the push ring and the bead re-seats itself more consistently than with any other method.
