RPM's "Slingshot" starts as a six-spoke wheel until half way up the spoke when the spokes branch off in the shape of a slingshot creating twelve spokes! These wheels are made from RPM’s trademark blend of lightweight nylons and are the strongest 2.2" wheels ever made! On our chrome wheels, RPM prestrips the chrome out of the tire bonding areas as well as all bearing surfaces, making chrome wheels as easy to mount as unplated wheels. Our white wheels can be dyed to any color of the rainbow without affecting the strength and durability of the wheel!
