Comes with racing slick tires. 2 white and 2 red 5mm LED lights (Total 4) are included. Comes with LED Light Unit TLU-01 (Item 53909). It is possible to assemble with the separately available LED Light Control Unit TLU-02 (Item 53937) which allows up to 16pairs of LEDs (total 32 LEDs) to be controlled. Tamiya chassis features TT-01 type E with shock tower now molded separately from the gear case covers and new upper deck with transponder mount, new A parts (Uprights) made of polycarbonate plastic material, new D parts (upper deck, motor cover and more) made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon material.

Featured throughout the 2008 DTM (German Touring Car Masters) season was the impressive No.6 Mercedes C Class entrant with famed driver Bernd Schneider at the helm.The car proved to be a highly competitive machine and went on to win first place at Round 7 Nurburgring in Germany and third place at Round 9 Circuit de Catalunya in Spain.
