The Slash 4X4 features Low Voltage Detection activated, assuring maximum battery life and preventing over-discharging. Charging care is just as important to LiPo performance and life, so a 2-Cell / 3-Cell LiPo Balance charger has been included. Simply plug the battery’s balance connector into the charger and you’re on the way to yet another run—no settings or programming required. Every single time the pack is charged, the cells are charged individually to precisely balance voltage for optimum run time, performance, and cycle life. Now you can experience the ultimate in electric horsepower with the only models designed for LiPo power from the start, and genuine Power Cell LiPo technology on board.

The sleek TQi transmitter is included and delivers 2.4GHz reliability, long-range control, and pro-level tuning features. Install the optional Docking Base and TQi accepts your iPod touch or iPhone for high-res, touch screen control of all the TQi’s settings and adjustments via the exclusive Traxxas Link App.

The Velineon Brushless Power System features High-Current Connectors to make sure the Slash 4x4 achieves maximum Power Cell performance. The Traxxas High-Current Connector effortlessly funnels the battery's total power to keep things running cool and at full capacity.

The car and combo are great. The only problem was I feel I should have been notified when I ordered it, that I would need the battery holdown extention. It's all good. Thanks for your great service. I will continue to order from you in the future. Jake Birkel

If you do not own this truck yet what are you waiting for. Super fast on 3s and really durable. Only thing I see wrong is the factory battery strap. It could be a little taller to hold bigger 3s batteries.
