When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do we will be able to ship the item to you. You will receive an email confirmation when your backorder has shipped. Backorders are canceled automatically if the order is older than 2 months from the date purchased. You must contact us to cancel any backorder prior to shipping from our warehouse if you do not wish to wait on the backordered item(s). We do not apply any additional shipping charges if an item is backordered and ships separate from the rest of your order. The backorder will be shipped by ground or least expensive method available regardless of original shipping method unless other arrangements are made.
