Returns You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs and a 6% card processing fee if a credit card was used for the purchase. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items that are opened must be in new and resalable condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the packaging has been damaged when the package was opened please do not return the item to us as it will be refused for credit. If you are not sure that a part you have purchased will fit your vehicle please be carefull when you open the package so it can be repackaged for return if neccesary. Electronics are not returnable and will always default to the manufacturers warranty. All returns must be in "New" and "Unused" condition. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps (this information is also available on the back of the packing slip): 1) Contact R/C Planet Customer Service to initiate your return by phone or by email sales@rcplanet.com 2) Please ask for an RMA number which will be issued by one of our sales associates. When we issue an RMA number this is not a guarantee that your return will be excepted, but helps us identify the package when it arrives in our warehouse.
