How long does the battery last on a full charge? How fast does it go?
This goes about 20-25 mph and a fully charged pack will last for about 11-13 minutes.
Is it water proof while thing
This has been pulled directly from the owners manual, "Your new Horizon Hobby vehicle has been designed and built with a combination of waterproof and water-resistant components to allow you to operate the product in many “wet conditions,” including puddles, creeks, wet grass, snow and even rain. While the entire vehicle is highly water-resistant, it is not completely waterproof and your vehicle should NOT be treated like a submarine. The various electronic components used in the vehicle, such as the Electronic Speed Control (ESC), servo(s) and receiver are waterproof, however, most of the mechanical components are water-resistant and should not be submerged."
how high of amperage battery can this handle without smoking the esc
The highest you can go with the stock ESC is 7.2 volts.
If I was to upgrade motors to a Dynamite 550 Brushed Motor 15-Turn DYNS1215 would I have to change any of the other components
The DYNS1215 will not fit in the 1/18th scale RC's.
Can I upgrade the speed in this truck. If yes can you help me whit the parts
You could upgrade this truck to make it faster but you would have to change pretty much all of the electronics in it since the ESC/ receiver are an all in one unit, you would have to change the ESC, receiver and transmitter... Here are the part numbers of the items we would recommend CSE010-0147-02 and SPM2330, then you could go with a LiPo and charger upgrade as well.
