Some RC Planet's products can only be transported under ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials for Domestic transport). Shipping under ORM-D means that the product will ship via FedEx Ground only, and cannot be shipped outside of the US. These products include:
The US Postal Service will not transport ORM-D items, and will not show up as a delivery option during checkout.
For All Shipments: Special labeling requirements are needed to safely transport any Lithium products. Certain large Lithium Batteries will always require HazMat handling and will only ship via Fedex. If you would like to know more about FedEx and the safety precautions taken when transporting Lithium Batteries, please refer to the FedEx guidelines.
International Shipments: Lithium Batteries are regulated as HAZMAT (Hazardous Material) products and can be dangerous if not packaged properly for transportation. In smaller quantities, Lithium Batteries can be shipped via DHL without applying a HAZMAT fee. If you'd like to ship more than 2 Lithium Batteries, a HAZMAT fee will be applied for transportation. Please note that DHL only allows transportation of HAZMAT / Dangerous Goods to specific countries, some of which have limited service areas.
The US Postal Service prohibits international mailing of Lithium Batteries, as well as electronic devices that contain Lithium Batteries. These new regulations also prohibit shipments to or from Army, Fleet, and Diplomatic Post Offices. Because of these regulations, no US Postal Service shipping options will be available during checkout.
Domestic Shipments: Both FedEx and the US Postal Service are available as shipping carriers for most Lithium Batteries and electronic devices containing Lithium Batteries. Please note that the US Postal Service has a limit of three batteries per shipment; you can refer to the Domestic Mail Manual for further information.
Fuel is classified as a "flammable" liquid. RC Planet can transport limited quantities of flammable liquid under ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials for Domestic transport). Shipping under ORM-D means that the product will ship via FedEx Ground only. For larger quantities of fuel (Example: case quantities), it must be transported under HAZMAT. Transporting as HAZMAT means that the amount of fuel is considered hazardous and will be subject to shipping by Ground services, including a HAZMAT fee for the special transportation. Fuel cannot ship outside of the US.
Please note that the US Postal Service does not transport Fuel and will not show up as a delivery option during checkout.
Rocket Motors, Rocket Igniters and Rockets are classified as »Toy Propellant Devices« and can only be transported through Surface Mail with the US Postal Service's Parcel Post. FedEx does not transport Rocket Motors, Rocket Igniters and Rockets. Please note that FedEx will not show up as a delivery option during checkout.
Due to circumstances and regulations that are beyond RC Planet's control, batteries cannot ship outside of the US when using the United States Postal Service as the shipping provider. However, RC Planet can ship batteries internationally using DHL International, but the quantity cannot exceed a total of 2 batteries with a capacity of 5000mah maximum. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship this item to APO/FPO addresses and apologize for the inconvenience.Distributor:

How do I break in the KE25 Engine?
There a few different methods and ways but this is a proven way to break in any engine.
• It is recommended to NOT run the body on your vehicle during
• DO NOT run the engine at full throttle until the break-in procedure
is complete and the needles are set for your current conditions.
• We DO NOT recommend that you idle your engine on a starter
box for break-in.
• Do not allow the engine to run out of fuel during break-in. This will
cause the engine to lean out possibly causing engine damage.
• We highly recommend the use of a quality temperature gauge
to monitor engine temperature.
Find a large, flat, open area to perform the break-in procedure.
When leaning the engine during break-in, only
make adjustments of 1-hour increments. This will
help prevent over leaning the engine during break in
and causing damage to your engine.
Tanks 1-4: Start the engine and run the vehicle approximately 100
feet back and forth or in a figure eight. Do not squeeze the throttle
more than 1/2-way. Every 4-6 passes check the engine temp
making sure that it does not go over 170° Fahrenheit. Continue this
procedure for the first four tanks, making sure you do not allow the
engine to run out of fuel.
Continue running the vehicle approximately 100 feet
back and forth. Now you can squeeze the throttle 3/4 of the way.
Continue to temp the engine every 4-6 passes, making sure that
the engine temperature does not go over 190° Fahrenheit. After
tank 6 you are ready to fine tune in your engine. After tank 6 allow
the engine to cool down. Then restart the engine.
You can now run the vehicle approximately 150-200
feet, pulling the trigger to full throttle the last 50 feet of each pass.
Continue to temp the engine every 4-6 passes, making sure that
the engine temperature is close to 200° Fahrenheit but no more
than 210° Fahrenheit.
During tanks 7-8 bring the vehicle to a stop and allow it to idle for 10
seconds. Then pull full throttle for approximately 100 feet. Take note
of how much smoke comes out during acceleration. Optimum is a
small amount of smoke from stop to approximately 100 feet. Once
this is achieved do the same thing only go 150-200 feet. Continue
to check the engine temperature every 4-6 passes. The final head
temp after break-in should be approximately 210° Fahrenheit.
After the 8th tank, your engine should be ready to race. Additional
Tuning may be necessary at the track for optimal performance.
