I got this truck for my 9YR old son. He mastered the electric so we went with this one. AS LONG AS YOU TUNE IT EXACTLY LIKE SAID, it is a good reliable motor! Fast, strong, and fun! PROBLEMS... The front and rear hubs are not made for long use. Upgrade them ASAP. Having no reverse is good for us. One, reverse slows it down, and two, we have room to not have to have it. BUT if you are planning to "trail" or "rock" ride, reverse is a MUST! Last is the biggest problem... GLOW PLUGS... after it is tuned, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EXTRA PLUGS! This is not a problem just for this company though, its all Nitros. If you cant afford the Traxxis or want to "train" for a expensive one, this is the best deal! Runs upside down, runs while in flight, and runs while summersalting! Lol And the ad is true...tough ass truck!

What parts break easily or go bad after a while. So i can go ahead and pre-order them.
We would recommend keeping a spare glow plug, spur gear, recoil starter, front hub carriers and castor blocks.
Can I use Traxxas 33% nitro fuel?
They recommend using the 20% fuel but if the engine is properly tuned for the 33% then yes you can use that but by using the 33% you will probably void the manufactures warranty.
I'm currently upgrading a Volcano S30 and would like to upgrade the radio, receiver and servo's. What brand do you recommend?
For the transmitter and receiver we would highly recommend either Spektrum or Futaba and as for the servos we would recommend to use the Savox brand.
Where can I get replacement parts?
We sell replacement parts for them.
If i was to purchase this is the only other thing i need is the starter kit?
That's correct, also you will need fuel as well.
