What does it mean for an RC car to have iD Technology other than the fact that you can speed charge it with an iD speed charger?
The iD technology is basically their new plug system that Traxxas only uses now. When using a lipo battery the balance plug is now one simple plug and not two. Also if an iD charger is used then the charger will automatically detect what the pack is so there really is no need to set it up, basically plug an iD pack into the iD charger and press start. Here is a link with more information on the iD plugs.
Does the 7600mAh 7.4c 2c 25c LiPo battery increase the speed of the RC car? If so, by how much?
The top speed will be about the same, right around 30 mph. With the 7600 mAh LiPo pack you would benefit by having longer run time and a full pack feel through the whole discharge of the pack.
How long does the battery last with the 7600mAh 7.4c 2c 25c Lipo battery?
Approximately 40 minute run times, depending on how its driven and the terrain its ran on.
Do you have to put oil in the shocks as part of maintenance? Does this come with a charger for the battery?
The stock shocks do come with oil already in them and a DC charger and battery pack are included.
Is the truck all wheel drive? Can it go through water? How long does the battery last?
The stock battery that comes with it will provide about 13-15 minutes run time depending on how its driven and what terrain its running on. They do consider this to be waterproof so with proper care and maintenance you are able to operate this in all weather conditions.
