what brushless motor can i run on this boat?
It looks like you can get the part # DYNM3900 motor to fit and the part # DYNM3860 ESC to fit. We have seen a few people on forums with some different builds on these boats.
What size motor coupler does it uses
Motor coupler is a 3.3mm(Motor)/3mm (Flexshaft) part # PRB286011
is everything I need come with the boat or is the something else I should also buy?
Everything is include to operate the boat, we would recommend some grease part #DYNE4200 and maybe an extra battery pack part #DYN1060EC.
Does it run in reverse?
Yes this boat does have reverse.
Can you drive it in salt water?
Salt water is not recommended, there are people that do it but there is a lot more maintenance involved. Basically unbolt anything that's metal that could have come in contact with the salt water, hose it with fresh water, dry it, give a little bit of WD-40, oil the motor bearings then re-grease the main shaft after every use.
