We know how important you order is to you, so to help you keep peace of mind of when your package is delivered, we give you the option to have a signature required for delivery. As a default, we leave this option unchecked (i.e. signature is not required).
Note: When orders contain HazMat items or have been paid via PayPal (over $750), a signature is ALWAYS required.

Let’s face it, no one really likes paying shipping. You’re already purchasing an incredibly cool new remote-control car and accessories and adding shipping on top of the taxes and fees is just a disappointment.
It’s because of that bothersome shipping fee that we decided to change how we do shipping.
Introducing our “Super Saver Shipping.” In short, when you shop with us, you’ll almost never* have to pay full price on shipping.
With our Super Saver Shipping, RC Planet pays a portion, if not all, of the shipping cost. Letting you leave that bothersome shipping fee for when you shop somewhere else!
Orders using our “Super Saver Shipping” method may take up to 10 business days for delivery as we use the most cost-effective shipping option.
*Super Saver Shipping does not apply to clearance items.
FREE SHIPPING OVER $99
We’re stoked to let you know that we offer free shipping on most orders over $99 within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding taxes, fees, & gift certificates)*.
Orders using our Free Shipping method may take up to 10 business days for delivery as we use the most cost-effective shipping option.

$3.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING
$3.99 Flat Rate Shipping applies to lightweight or smaller merchandise sitewide. All eligible items, including parts, tires, tools, accessories, nutritional items and more will be clearly marked with the “$3.99 Flat Rate Shipping” text.
There is no minimum order value that needs to be met. You can order as often as you want and as many items as you want for just $3.99.
Offer applies to eligible orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses are eligible to receive “Discount Super Saver Shipping”.
$3.99 RUSH PROCESSING
Need to rush your order? You will see the option “Rush Processing” under the Shipping Option section during checkout. This option allows you to pay a nominal handling fee to give your order a boost in priority handling so that your order is printed, pulled, and shipped faster than other orders.

USPS POSTAL (ECONOMY SHIPPING)
USPS Postal orders are processed within our regular timeline, this is not a premium shipping option and due to stock allocation, they may take 7-10 days to be delivered.
This offer applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products; for example, some tools and hardware items may not be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using Economy Shipping. Applies to Military APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.
Processing Your Order
Orders placed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm), are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Based on stock allocation, non-warehoused items may take an additional 2-3 days to process before shipping.
Orders placed after 11:30 AM Eastern Time (9:30 AM Mountain Time) may not be processed the same day, depending on stock allocation. Mondays are our busiest processing day, therefore orders placed after 7:00 AM Eastern Time may not be process same day (again depending on stock allocation).
Important Note: When checking out, the shipping method/delivery date selected only relates to the number days your order will be in transit. It does not include processing time. The time it takes to process your order may push your delivery date further out. The shipping method/delivery date you choose does not guarantee the shipment or arrival date of your order, it only indicates the service level provided by the carrier once the order ships.

To ensure that the carrier requires someone to sign for your package, please make sure the box labeled “Require a signature” is CHECKED.

For orders over $99 shipped to one of these addresses, you’ll always get our Super Saver Shipping and sometimes you’ll even receive our Free Shipping option. Again, eligibility for the Free Shipping option is dependent on the items you are ordering.

UPS and USPS Express Services explained below.
UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 Day), or UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Day) Next Day Air orders received on Friday will be delivered on Monday. No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday, or UPS observed holidays. Please note that a signature may be required before a delivery person can release the package.
USPS Express Mail (2-4 Days) Express Mail orders shipped on Friday will be delivered Saturday or Monday. No deliveries will be made on Sunday or USPS observed holidays. Please note that a signature may be required before a delivery person can release the package to you.
FedEx Transit Times Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days by FedEx.
- Next Day Air or Overnight packages shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- 2 Day Air packages shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
